IFTA State Breakdown
Routed miles are calculated from the actual highway route between each load's pickup and drop-off addresses and saved to the cloud. Manual splits (entered on a load) show under Manual. Tax due = Net Taxable Gallons × each state's current rate from your IFTA return form. Cross-check against your ELD state report before filing.

Truck Profile (IFTA Dimensions)
Stored with your settings — used when we connect a truck-legal routing API (PC*MILER) later.
Cost Assumptions (per-load profit)
Net profit per load = Gross − (miles × (driver pay + maintenance + insurance per mile)) − (gross × factoring %) − lumper paid − fuel − tolls − other.
Trucks & Drivers
Each truck's assigned driver is filled in automatically on new loads and fuel stops. Add a row when you buy another truck — takes effect immediately for everyone.
Driver auto-fill rules (by fuel station)
When a fuel stop is added or imported without a driver, the first matching rule fills it in automatically. Edit, add, or remove rules anytime — changes apply to future entries (existing rows keep whatever driver they have).
